This guide is full of hints and tips on how to selfcare and be kind to myself. I found it interesting reading about the narcissistic personality and how easy it is to be manipulated into thinking my feelings are less important and making excuses for others behaviour. It helped me to see the wood for the trees, to listen to my gut and to put myself first. Its a life long guide for selfcare.
